My computer was an absolute shambles when I took it to IT Artisan Computer Services. My CPU Fan was hanging on by a literal string. My box was rebuilt into a new one, cleaned up immaculately, and now it runs like a dream. I was informed every step of the way, and I was given good suggestions as to what would work best for my computer. I was put at ease that my computer would come back to me in a perfect condition, and it was so. Amazing customer service. I am very happy.

I found Mr Fred from IT Artisan to be very help full. My computer had a power problem and it was sent to him for diagnosis. He worked for two days none stop on the PC until he could tell me the PC cannot be repaired. He didn't charge me even though he spent two days of his time and labour on the box. He communication is excellent. As he is working he gives you step by step updates. I would highly recommend him .

My experience was awesome I'd 100% recommend it to people he assessed the problem and told me he'd clean and fix my laptop and when I returned a few hours later he did exactly what he said he would do 👍 I appreciate the help he gave(unfortunately I can't find the pictures of the cleaning process)

I brought my laptop to IT Artisan Computer Services because the casing was broken..The gentleman Fred, fixed it but didn't charge me because he couldn't guarantee workmanship. Another company would have me charged for labor. I would recommend FRED anytime, not because he didn't charge me but because FRED is gentleman above all gentlemen. Melissa
